Tonight Jared earned his tenderfoot, second class and first class for scouts. And the best part...he earned it not me. He is so self motivated and works so hard to get his advancements. He was nervous he wouldn't pass at his board of reviews but he sure did and he is right on track to get his eagle at a young age. Way to go kid!!Another side note - photography people, what did I do wrong with this picture? Every once in awhile I get to much graininess or noise when I am shooting indoors and I am not sure what to do differently.
